Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
  • associate or bachelor degree preferred
  • has successfully demonstrated leadership abilities as evaluated by current general manager area director and vice president
  • business acumen to operate successfully a high-volume business
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • ability to lift 25-50 pounds

  • Manages restaurant environment ensuring prompt friendly service and adherence to company guidelines

  • responds to and corrects guest complaints effectively and ensures 100% table visitation
  • teaches and enforces alcohol awareness maintaining positive relations with local authorities

  • implements incentive contests educates associates on promotions and menu offerings
