Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
- associate or bachelor degree preferred
- has successfully demonstrated leadership abilities as evaluated by current general manager area director and vice president
- business acumen to operate successfully a high-volume business
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Duties
- Manages restaurant environment ensuring prompt friendly service and adherence to company guidelines
- cultivates a culture based on vision and mission statements promoting teamwork results integrity passion service fun balance innovation and guest focus
- responds to and corrects guest complaints effectively and ensures 100% table visitation
- teaches and enforces alcohol awareness maintaining positive relations with local authorities
- maintains adequate inventory levels
- ensures food preparation and presentation meet company standards
- participates in community activities to increase sales and brand awareness
- implements incentive contests educates associates on promotions and menu offerings
- schedules associates effectively to meet sales demands
- maintains safety and security programs complying with company policy and government standards
- promotes cleanliness sanitation and restaurant organization
- institutes preventative maintenance and addresses repairs promptly
- communicates daily with managers and reports non-routine situations to Area Director
- ensures compliance with labor laws rest and meal breaks
- completes assigned duties and responsibilities
- manages associate performance including recruitment referrals and training
- maintains trained staff through orientation and ongoing training
- develops managers and associates through regular reviews and evaluations
- assesses associate effectiveness and provides feedback
