- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be ServSafe certified
- pass background check and drug test
- open availability to work various shifts
- ability to follow cash handling procedures
- ability to maintain safe work environment
- knowledge of order processing systems and basic computer skills
Job Qualifications

- previous restaurant experience desirable

- understanding of P and L analysis, cash controls and labor analysis
- knowledge of food cost calculations

- basic computer and order processing system knowledge
Job Duties
- work the front counter to ensure quality service
- check product quality and communicate with customers
- train and coach employees to show courtesy and handle complaints
- conduct meetings with team members and management to plan, train and review operations
- develop and maintain acceptable sales levels using local store marketing
- monitor utilities, supplies and costs and analyze profits and losses
- manage inventory control and follow preparation and serving procedures
- develop and post labor schedules and adjust according to sales
- manage restaurant cash by making daily bank deposits and follow cash handling procedures
- report accidents and incidents promptly and maintain safe work environment
- ensure cleanliness, uniforms and adherence to image standards
- keep district manager informed on hiring, promotions and employee status
- process payroll and maintain applicant tracking
- conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
- use preventive maintenance for buildings and equipment
- attend district meetings for training and operations review
- perform required administrative paperwork
