Job Requirements

- Proven restaurant management experience
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable and committed to delivering exceptional guest service
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions during shifts
