Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in landscaping or related field preferred
- experience managing budgets and financial reports
- ability to manage client relationships effectively
- supervisory experience
- knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- excellent communication and leadership abilities
- valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- experience in financial management including budgeting and accounts receivable
- proven client management and communication skills
- ability to develop and implement recruiting and training strategies
- knowledge of safety programs and OSHA regulations

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Responsible for all budgets including labor, material, and administrative
- manage account receivables
- review monthly financial reports and understand profit and loss statements
- understand and manage cash flow
- establish and maintain a client contact log
- maintain client survey program
- act as primary client contact person
- establish maintenance and enhancement budgets with clients
- participate in local client-driven activities
- develop and implement recruiting strategy
- perform supervisory training for key employees
- coordinate and communicate concerns between field and office
- responsible for crew morale and develop morale boosters
- ensure compliance with all safety programs
- act as or supervise Branch Safety Officer
- monitor local, state, and federal safety laws including OSHA
- manage Hazcom Program and MSDS sheets for shop and vehicles requirements
