Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in landscaping or related field preferred
  • experience managing budgets and financial reports
  • ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • supervisory experience
  • knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
  • excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • valid driver's license

  • experience in financial management including budgeting and accounts receivable
  • proven client management and communication skills
  • ability to develop and implement recruiting and training strategies
  • knowledge of safety programs and OSHA regulations
  • supervisory experience

Job Duties

  • Responsible for all budgets including labor, material, and administrative
  • manage account receivables
  • review monthly financial reports and understand profit and loss statements
  • understand and manage cash flow
  • establish and maintain a client contact log
  • maintain client survey program
  • act as primary client contact person
  • establish maintenance and enhancement budgets with clients
  • participate in local client-driven activities
  • develop and implement recruiting strategy
  • perform supervisory training for key employees
  • coordinate and communicate concerns between field and office
  • responsible for crew morale and develop morale boosters
  • ensure compliance with all safety programs
  • act as or supervise Branch Safety Officer
  • monitor local, state, and federal safety laws including OSHA
  • manage Hazcom Program and MSDS sheets for shop and vehicles requirements
