Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing operations within major hotel brands such as Choice, IHG, or Marriott preferred
  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management preferred

Job Duties

  • Execute full property oversight
  • Drive financial results including P&L management, budget control, daily bank deposits, and local sales execution
  • Lead and coach the hotel team through management, supervision, motivation, scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary action
  • Ensure quality and guest experience by maintaining highest standards, conducting daily inspections, and upholding brand standards
  • Complete and submit weekly corporate reports
  • Participate in all corporate calls to align with company goals and strategies
