Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year General Manager experience in a regional or national Quick Service concept
- strong leadership skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively

- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- develop and mentor store staff to enhance performance and career growth
- manage budgeting and cost control measures to optimize financial results
- identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement effective solutions
- maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations
- report on store performance and collaborate with corporate teams for continuous improvement
