Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have reliable transportation
- ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions including pizza delivery
- ability to manage with no supervision
- ability to work with phones, computers, fax machines and copiers
- able to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- able to lift and move over 51 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- work in noisy and varying temperature environments
- comply with federal, state, and local laws
- must be able to maintain safety and security standards
- willingness to work flexible and unscheduled hours
- bilingual in certain markets
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- stable employment history
- two years of successful restaurant management preferred

Job Duties
- Provide quality products to customers by ensuring product quality standards are met
- respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns and issues
- solicit and utilize customer feedback to improve operations
- communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members
- recruit customer-focused team members and maintain adequate staffing levels
- orient and train team members to exceed customer expectations
- ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards
- establish and communicate performance expectations and conduct performance reviews
- document performance issues and take disciplinary action as needed
- coach and develop team members to be customer-focused
- manage sales goals against budget and prior year
- provide prompt and friendly customer service
- build check averages through team training on products and sales execution
- seek additional sales through creative marketing and community presence
- manage profit goals against budget and prior year
- ensure food, labor, and controllable costs stay within budget
- correct budget deviations using the PROFIT System
- develop and implement plans to resolve unfavorable trends and enhance profits
- execute administrative and cash management tasks
- plan and manage inventory levels using computerized inventory system
- ensure restaurant cleanliness, fully equipped status, and operational equipment
- maintain safety and security standards and oversee maintenance and repairs
