Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
  • a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • experience managing operations within major hotel brands (e.g., Choice, IHG, Marriott)
  • experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing operations within major hotel brands such as Choice, IHG, or Marriott preferred
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial management, or project management

Job Duties

  • Execute full property oversight ensuring operational efficiency
  • Drive financial results through P&L management, budget control, and local sales execution
  • Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate hotel staff while managing weekly schedules and performance
  • Maintain highest standards of customer service and conduct daily inspections of vacant rooms
  • Uphold brand standards and corporate alignment through reporting and participation in corporate calls
  • Foster a positive work environment supporting team collaboration and growth
