Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
- a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- experience managing operations within major hotel brands (e.g., Choice, IHG, Marriott)
- experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing operations within major hotel brands such as Choice, IHG, or Marriott preferred
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial management, or project management
Job Duties
- Execute full property oversight ensuring operational efficiency
- Drive financial results through P&L management, budget control, and local sales execution
- Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate hotel staff while managing weekly schedules and performance
- Maintain highest standards of customer service and conduct daily inspections of vacant rooms
- Uphold brand standards and corporate alignment through reporting and participation in corporate calls
- Foster a positive work environment supporting team collaboration and growth
