Job Duties
- Achieve budget through car count, mechanical revenue, and tire revenue
- Maintain control of budget spending, operating expenses, labor efficiency, customer service
- Ensure cost of goods at store is optimized
- Oversee headcounts and labor hours within weekly targets
- Follow up with service manager to ensure staffing goals and weekly schedules are met
- Enforce expense control practices daily using payroll, expense, and claims trackers
- Maintain and enforce store safety standards
- Coach service department teammates on operational issues and process compliance
- Manage parts inventory and outside parts purchases
- Ensure proper inspections in accordance with CTC process
- Monitor and manage store KPIs
- Set goals for teammates related to KPIs for development and career advancement
