Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 3 years of facility operations and management experience
- prior experience in hospitality or entertainment venue management
- strong leadership and people management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of safety and operational compliance standards
- proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- self-motivated and results-oriented
- ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- professional appearance and demeanor
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Qualifications
- Ability to enthusiastically interact with others
- strong character and good judgment in decision-making
- experience in hospitality including theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and provide mentorship to the staff
- cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service
- implement and execute all staff training programs
- assist in selecting and developing Area Leads and Certified Trainers
- lead and influence managerial staff through effective motivation
- ensure execution of all employee recognition and incentive programs
- maintain a strong community presence through partnership with community and business organizations
- maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staff
- manage all aspects of operations including entertainment, food, beverage, and attractions
- improve operational execution by adhering to standards
- provide direction to management team
- promote positive employee relations and high morale
- assist franchise owners in holding managers accountable
- monitor online reviews to maintain or improve guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- maintain inventory control and ordering systems
- assure appropriate staffing levels while maintaining labor budgets
- analyze financial reports and develop plans to grow revenue and control expenses
