Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and labor laws
- ability to train and lead staff
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle physical demands of job including standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA and OSHA
- enforce all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures
- provide leadership to ensure superior guest service, quality and cleanliness
- operate profitably within food cost, labor, controllable expenses, utilities and sales growth guidelines
- coordinate and implement operations game plans and company initiatives
- properly staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and ensure proper training and development of Assistant and Shift Managers
- actively participate in local restaurant marketing
- implement and promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives
- maintain accurate and timely programs, reports and legal documents
- engage in community affairs for sales and public relations opportunities
- represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times
- communicate business impacting issues to GM/Owner
- maintain restaurant equipment and promptly report issues to Owner
- work on feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- perform any other duties assigned by Owner
