Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and company software
- Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service at select properties
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to follow established guidelines and safety procedures

- Progressive hospitality or service industry experience
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily and use their names to ensure a welcoming experience
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support groups and events at the hotel
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly and professional etiquette
- Conduct daily supervision and walkthroughs of guest rooms and public spaces
- Ensure all cleanliness and safety checklists are completed accurately every shift
- Conduct onboarding and training of new team members
- Complete daily audits and reports timely and accurately
- Oversee compliance with brand standards and quality assurance expectations
- Enforce uniform and attire standards among team members
- Certify all fire and life safety inspections are current and correct deficiencies
- Confirm completion of preventative maintenance tasks
- Manage work schedules and fill shift vacancies as needed
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
- Review and manage team member time clock punches
- Oversee purchase order and invoice processing
- Maintain inventory management and storage cleanliness
