Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be available to close the store at least once per week
  • attend corporate business meetings and conferences, including overnight stays and interstate travel
  • maintain valid identification for airline travel
  • frequent use of computer and telephonic devices
  • frequent physical activities such as bending, pushing, reaching, twisting, lifting up to 25 lbs, continuous walking and coordination
  • engage in interactive process for reasonable accommodation if disabled

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience
  • proven success in financial management including driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and expense control
  • demonstrated retail management experience including inventory monitoring, operational excellence, service culture promotion, and merchandising execution
  • leadership experience in attracting, developing, and motivating talent, adapting to change and leading teams, developing collaborative relationships, and influencing others
  • proficiency with basic technology including POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • ability to perform under pressure, exercise good judgment in ambiguous situations, and adapt to changing conditions

Job Duties

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals
  • drive company profitability through operational excellence, sales growth, and expense control
  • leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to maximize productivity and meet sales and payroll goals
  • address issues from financial and operational reports, audits, and store visits to achieve profitability targets
  • perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance sales and guest experience
  • stay informed about industry trends, products, and benefits to better serve guests
  • maintain prompt and regular attendance and hold store associates accountable to attendance policies
