Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum four years of leadership experience in a BURGER KING restaurant or comparable work in restaurant or retail/hospitality industry
  • English proficiency for clear speech and comprehension
  • Strong math and Windows-based computer skills
  • Completion or willingness to complete internal certification training programs including GURU Certified, Foundations Training Certified, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Compliance Training
  • Ability to work long, irregular, or extra shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of college preferred
  • Minimum four years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail/hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and development skills
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Strong math and computer literacy
  • Completion or willingness to complete internal certification training programs
  • Knowledge of employment laws and policies
  • Ability to motivate and coach diverse teams
  • Experience in financial planning and profit management

Job Duties

  • Lead operations excellence by directing efficient preparation and sale of products and preventive maintenance
  • Lead shift operations using company mission and values to exceed customer expectations
  • Build team talent by coaching and developing crew and management teams
  • Manage restaurant profit and loss including marketing, inventory, labor, and financial reporting
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with government regulations, company policies, and safety standards
  • Motivate and educate team to maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team efficiency
