Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of management experience in a relevant industry
- Proven track record controlling labor and operational costs
- Ability to work 45-50 hours per week including afternoons and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High accountability and ownership mindset
- Comfortable with making staffing decisions
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of general manager or senior leadership experience in high-volume restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, or similar venues
- Strong financial and P&L literacy
- Proven experience in labor cost controls
- Experience in food and beverage operations management
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based environment
Job Duties
- Oversee revenue performance and growth
- Manage labor percentage discipline and scheduling control
- Control food costs and ensure cost-effective operations
- Implement shrink reduction strategies and inventory control
- Provide team leadership including hiring and termination decisions
- Maintain operational standards and enhance guest experience
- Execute promotions and event programming
