Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in management or supervisory role
Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting
Knowledge of OSHA and safety compliance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in financial management
Strong client relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA
Experience in recruiting and training employees
Ability to manage budgets and understand profit and loss statements
Effective communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

Responsible for all budgets including labor, material, and administration
Manage account receivables
Review monthly financial reports and understand profit and loss statements
Understand cash flow
Establish and maintain a client contact log
Maintain client survey program
Serve as primary client contact person
Establish maintenance and enhancement budgets with clients
Participate in local client-driven activities
Develop and implement recruiting strategy
Perform supervisory training for key employees
Coordinate and communicate concerns between field and office
Responsible for crew morale and develop morale boosters
Ensure compliance with all safety programs
Act as or supervise branch safety officer
Monitor local, state, and federal safety laws including OSHA
Manage the hazard communication program and maintain MSDS sheets for shops and vehicles
