Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in management or supervisory role
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting
- Knowledge of OSHA and safety compliance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial management
- Strong client relationship skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
- Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA
- Experience in recruiting and training employees
- Ability to manage budgets and understand profit and loss statements
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Responsible for all budgets including labor, material, and administration
- Manage account receivables
- Review monthly financial reports and understand profit and loss statements
- Understand cash flow
- Establish and maintain a client contact log
- Maintain client survey program
- Serve as primary client contact person
- Establish maintenance and enhancement budgets with clients
- Participate in local client-driven activities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategy
- Perform supervisory training for key employees
- Coordinate and communicate concerns between field and office
- Responsible for crew morale and develop morale boosters
- Ensure compliance with all safety programs
- Act as or supervise branch safety officer
- Monitor local, state, and federal safety laws including OSHA
- Manage the hazard communication program and maintain MSDS sheets for shops and vehicles
