Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' current experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

- Oversee inventory control and cost management
