Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years experience in hotel or hospitality management
- excellent communication skills
- strong leadership abilities
- proficiency in financial reporting and budget management
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of relevant certifications such as food handling, alcohol awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- problem-solving skills
- willingness to participate in community and civic affairs
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in hotel management or hospitality industry
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- knowledge of hospitality industry standards and brand compliance

Job Duties
- Create a positive team-oriented environment
- maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
- maintain regular attendance and schedule time according to hotel needs
- maintain confidentiality in all areas
- demonstrate multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- handle and resolve guest complaints professionally
- comply with certification requirements
- enforce all policies, procedures, and legal regulations
- review rates and group pickup with revenue and sales managers
- conduct regular sales calls and community engagement
- conduct staff meetings and ensure training completion
- manage budgeted revenues and expenses
- perform financial tasks such as audits and payroll
- process invoices and accounts receivable
- address safety and loss prevention incidents
- ensure cleanliness and maintenance of property
- maintain property according to brand standards
- ensure hotel is fully staffed
- conduct employee performance reviews
- perform other duties as assigned
