Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10 plus years in senior management role
  • 3 plus years of facility operations experience preferred
  • Experience managing a large team of 40 plus preferred
  • CPR and first aid certified preferred
  • Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
  • Outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen including financial management, budgeting and reporting
  • Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts quickly and fairly

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of senior management experience
  • At least 3 years of facility operations experience preferred
  • Experience managing large teams of 40 or more preferred
  • Hospitality or family entertainment background preferred
  • CPR and first aid certification preferred
  • Strong business acumen including financial management, budgeting, and reporting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing and personable with leadership ability
  • Proven track record in creating exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Hire, coach, train and inspire team members including part-time and management staff
  • Mentor young and first-time employees to develop customer service skills
  • Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate successes
  • Foster a positive and welcoming work culture
  • Be an approachable and visible leader to build trust and respect among the team
  • Oversee all guest experiences including attractions, food and beverage, birthday parties and events
  • Lead safety, cleanliness and operational standards by example
  • Continuously improve park standards
  • Monitor guest reviews and respond with a guest-first mindset
  • Partner with vendors to ensure quality products and services
  • Manage park financial performance including sales growth, cost control, and labor management
  • Analyze data and develop actionable business plans
  • Drive marketing initiatives and foster local community partnerships
  • Align inventory, payroll, and scheduling with business goals
  • Report to ownership with transparency and accountability
  • Manage vendor relationships and schedule maintenance
  • Act like an owner by problem solving and supporting team members
