Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license
- some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
- previous experience with a commercial airline or ground handler in a leadership role
- available to work non-standard work schedules, when necessary, due to changing or unplanned operational needs
- including ability to be available to your team 24/7/365
- demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with various internal and external partners
- experience working with contract labor workgroups may be preferred in some locations
- accomplished, customer-focused, accountable, self-motivated, and collaborative
- able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead a team to run a safe, efficient, and effective operation while delivering top notch service to American Airlines customers
- oversight and coordination of the day-to-day operation to ensure maximum quality and safety of on-time movement of aircraft through the station
