Job Requirements

  • At least one year of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Adherence to safety and health standards

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to maximize their potential
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction
