- Minimum of 3 years experience in facility operations and management
- experience in hospitality or related industries

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and mentor staff to develop their skills
- cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service
- implement and execute all staff training programs
- assist in selecting and developing Area Leads and Certified Trainers for promotion
- lead and motivate managerial staff to ensure maximum productivity
- execute employee recognition and incentive programs
- maintain a strong community presence through partnerships
- maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff
- oversee all aspects of operations including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property management
- improve operational execution through adherence to standards
- provide direction to management team ensuring high performance
- promote positive employee relations and effective delegation
- assist franchise owners in holding managers accountable for goals
- monitor online reviews and improve guest experiences
- capitalize business opportunities through marketing strategies
- maintain fiscal responsibility for inventory control and ordering
- assure appropriate staffing levels and labor budget adherence
- analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control expenses
