Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Model hospitality skills/behaviors by conducting 100% table visits of guests in the restaurant
  • Oversee restaurant operations to achieve sales and profit goals including hourly labor and cost of sales
  • Research and identify marketing techniques to attract new guests
  • Review and analyze monthly P&L and communicate results to managers
  • Develop plans to impact areas of opportunity
  • Monitor budget and analyze sales data to meet revenue goals while controlling cost from food waste and labor
  • Ensure PCI compliance for all credit card transaction documents
  • Complete financial and personnel/payroll administrative duties accurately and on time
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment and properly document injuries and incidents
  • Manage team schedules and time off requests including managers
  • Lead weekly manager meetings and build shift meetings
  • Communicate and conduct rollouts of new company programs, policies, and procedures
  • Handle guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Build positive relationships within the community
  • Manage staffing needs including reviewing applications, interviewing, onboarding, training, and terminations
  • Enforce compliance with federal, state, local laws and company policies
  • Provide performance feedback and recognition to managers and team members
  • Communicate employee relations issues to Human Resources
  • Adhere to ServSafe Alcohol, Food, OSHA, and HACCP standards
  • Delegate tasks while remaining accountable
  • Unload vendor trucks/pallets and ensure proper inventory management
  • Supervise all salaried managers and hourly team members
  • Ensure managers understand their responsibilities
  • Oversee cash handling including deposits and making bank runs
  • Enforce Safety and Security Policies
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries
  • Report facility issues and submit maintenance requests
  • Monitor food and beverage quality and compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
