Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Manages restaurant environment by ensuring prompt and friendly service
- Breeds a culture aligned with company's vision, mission, and values
- Responds immediately to guest complaints and ensures 100% table visitation
- Teaches and enforces alcohol awareness and builds relationships with local authorities
- Maintains inventory and ensures product quality and presentation
- Participates in community engagement to increase sales
- Oversees scheduling and associates to meet sales demand
- Maintains safety, security, cleanliness, sanitation, and preventive maintenance
- Communicates with management and complies with labor laws
- Manages associate performance including recruitment, training, performance assessments, and discipline
- Conducts management and safety meetings
- Ensures compliance with company policies
- Maintains administrative and accounting controls
- Manages assets and service contracts
- Ensures compliance with laws and budget goals
- Analyzes systems and procedures for improvement
- Prepares and submits required paperwork
