Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant positions and functions
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to travel to multiple stores
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of supervisory practices and planning
- Experience with P&L analysis and budgeting
- Strong training and development skills
- Familiarity with EEO and Labor Law requirements
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Meet budgeted sales targets
- Set and meet controllable cost targets
- Develop and execute local store marketing plans
- Respond to competitor activities
- Hire, train, and terminate subordinate managers
- Train store personnel in quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Conduct performance reviews and take corrective actions
- Maintain store cleanliness and oversee maintenance programs
- Manage inventory and control production labor and food costs
- Communicate store budget goals and performance to staff and district manager
- Execute company policies and maintain safe working conditions
- Manage employee files and comply with labor laws
- Conduct staff meetings and promote crew member development
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company operations and health department standards
- Travel to multiple stores as required
