Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to perform all restaurant positions and functions
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to travel to multiple stores
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety and health regulations

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • Understanding of supervisory practices and planning
  • Experience with P&L analysis and budgeting
  • Strong training and development skills
  • Familiarity with EEO and Labor Law requirements
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Meet budgeted sales targets
  • Set and meet controllable cost targets
  • Develop and execute local store marketing plans
  • Respond to competitor activities
  • Hire, train, and terminate subordinate managers
  • Train store personnel in quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Conduct performance reviews and take corrective actions
  • Maintain store cleanliness and oversee maintenance programs
  • Manage inventory and control production labor and food costs
  • Communicate store budget goals and performance to staff and district manager
  • Execute company policies and maintain safe working conditions
  • Manage employee files and comply with labor laws
  • Conduct staff meetings and promote crew member development
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company operations and health department standards
  • Travel to multiple stores as required
