Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 21-50 pounds
- Capable of reaching above shoulder and kneeling or squatting
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to motivate self and others and delegate effectively
- Must comply with all federal, state, and OSHA safety regulations
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years experience in logistics, distribution, or relevant environment
- At least 5 years in a leadership role within logistics or supply chain operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced expertise in accounting and financial management related to P&L and budgeting
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced, changing environments
- Strong leadership, organizational, and personnel management skills
Job Duties
- Oversee strategic direction and operations management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Lead continuous improvement efforts including LEAN and six sigma initiatives
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and contract pricing
- Develop and maintain client and vendor relationships
- Lead and develop teams through mentoring and leadership activities
- Coordinate customer management and participate in marketing and sales strategies
