Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • reliable transportation to travel to various locations
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • eligible to work in the country
  • pass a background investigation
  • willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or food service industry
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • SERV Safe certification or willingness to obtain during training
  • commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train, and orientate team members
  • oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff
  • manage team relations
  • ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management
  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
