This job posting is for a General Manager position at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee authorized to use McDonald's logos and food products. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to upholding McDonald's Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail management is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set goals and execute plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring adherence to McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Collaborate with Department Managers to set restaurant goals and develop action plans
- Monitor Department Managers' progress and provide coaching and direction
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
