Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the quick service management restaurant (QSR) industry
- High school diploma required
- Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
- Demonstrated understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability
- Familiarity with positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Quick Service Management Restaurant (QSR) industry

- BSc/BA or MSc/MA in Business or a relevant field preferred
- Strong understanding of P&L interpretation for profitability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
Job Duties
- Lead the restaurant management team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
- Hire, train, and retain team members to meet sales and profit goals
- Operate the restaurant with a focus on profitability and operational efficiency
- Manage P&L statements to influence and improve profitability
- Resolve conflicts positively while maintaining a cooperative work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain high customer service levels
