Job Requirements

  • You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team
  • You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement
  • You are open to applicants from all backgrounds including sports lovers

Job Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • Previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • Ability to manage and direct teams
  • Passion for training and developing others
  • Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Create legendary experiences for guests
  • Oversee local restaurant marketing and community engagement
  • Manage Profit and Loss statement results
  • Lead and train the restaurant management team
  • Drive performance, engagement, and training initiatives
  • Oversee fundraising and charitable activities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
