Job Requirements
- You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience
- You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team
- You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement
- You are open to applicants from all backgrounds including sports lovers
Job Qualifications
- 4-5 years of management experience
- Previous restaurant General Manager experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- Ability to manage and direct teams
- Passion for training and developing others
- Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Create legendary experiences for guests
- Oversee local restaurant marketing and community engagement
- Manage Profit and Loss statement results
- Lead and train the restaurant management team
- Drive performance, engagement, and training initiatives
- Oversee fundraising and charitable activities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
