Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to manage scheduling, P&L, recruitment, and food safety standards
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts
- Physical ability to stand and walk for 10 hours and lift 50 pounds
- Genuine passion for hospitality and people development
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Creative approach to marketing and driving sales through community engagement and fundraisers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Be guest obsessed and uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
- Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, people processes, and performance management
- Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle’s training resources
- Direct team members to deliver accurate and timely digital orders
- Manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and recruiting
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the restaurant is guest-ready
- Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
- Own the financial success of the restaurant, achieving annual sales and cash flow goals
- Work flexible hours including lunch, dinner, and weekends to provide leadership across all operational hours
