Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years management experience in a quick service dining concept
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
  • valid driver’s license
  • excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to operate all restaurant equipment
  • strong conflict resolution skills
  • self-motivated with excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • ability to make decisions under pressure and delegate tasks appropriately
  • high sense of urgency

Job Duties

  • Recruit and hire staff, maintain a bench for future growth
  • ensure all marketing plans are executed, including installation of POP and menu board elements
  • ensure restaurant is properly staffed and team members are effectively trained
  • provide leadership that creates excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment to company objectives
  • maintain correct inventory levels and ensure equipment is well maintained
  • maintain high proficiency in all phases of restaurant operations and technology
  • supervise teams according to performance and operating policies
  • motivate assistant managers, shift leaders and crew to perform at highest ability
  • review preliminary P&L reports and coordinate with district manager
  • adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures
