- must be certified Moe's Manager
- must possess a valid driver's license

Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- previous restaurant experience required
- knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service, and cleanliness
- respond to guest complaints and take necessary actions to retain guests
- provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- maintain accurate staffing plans and conduct interviews following staffing protocols
- develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- enforce food safety standards and maintain a minimum 90% health and Steritech inspection scores
- ensure compliance with Moe's and Sterling operational standards and maintain high inspection scores
- manage food flow to ensure quality, proper portioning, and low waste
- implement proper security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
- maintain a safe working environment and handle accident/injury reports promptly
- manage shifts effectively and resolve issues identified through mystery shopper reports
- meet sales, labor, and cost goals by adhering to Sterling standards
- analyze monthly financial reports and implement plans to increase profitability
- ensure all financial reporting is accurate and timely
- book spirit nights monthly and promote community involvement
