Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of valid driver’s license
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand for 8 plus hours
- Two or more years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry managing a team of 15 or more employees at a time
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
- Able to easily interact with diverse employees
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

- Experience managing teams of 15 or more employees

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Lead, develop, and mentor restaurant team members
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service
- Coach employees to handle increasingly challenging roles
- Oversee scheduling and staff coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
