Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Proof of valid driver’s license
  • Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand for 8 plus hours
  • Two or more years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry managing a team of 15 or more employees at a time
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to easily interact with diverse employees
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of management experience in a restaurant setting
  • Experience managing teams of 15 or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • Lead, develop, and mentor restaurant team members
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met
  • Interact with customers to provide excellent service
  • Coach employees to handle increasingly challenging roles
  • Oversee scheduling and staff coordination
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
