Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to stand for long periods without break
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel to multiple store locations as needed
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
Job Qualifications

- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Proficient in conducting interviews and employee training
- Ability to perform all restaurant operational positions and functions
Job Duties
- Execute store plan to achieve sales and profit goals
- Staff and train restaurant personnel
- Operate and maintain the restaurant to maximize customer satisfaction
- Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective actions
- Conduct interviews and oversee hiring processes
- Plan and manage budgeting for store operations
- Perform physical inspections and maintain restaurant standards
