Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum experience managing in a quick service restaurant or similar fast paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving restaurant profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to operate under the employment of an independent franchisee

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or retail leadership roles valued
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
  • Hire, develop, and mentor Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs effectively
  • Oversee customer service to maximize satisfaction and repeat business
  • Implement and promote safety and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
