Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum experience managing in a quick service restaurant or similar fast paced environment
- Proven track record of driving restaurant profitability and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to operate under the employment of an independent franchisee
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail leadership roles valued
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
- Hire, develop, and mentor Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs effectively
- Oversee customer service to maximize satisfaction and repeat business
- Implement and promote safety and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
