Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience of 3 to 5 years preferably in food and beverage industry
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record and proof of insurance
- Reliable communication tools and accessible 24 7 with an open-door policy
- Functional computer knowledge with email systems and Microsoft Office
- Bi-lingual skills a plus
Job Qualifications

- College degree preferred
- Previous restaurant management experience of 3 to 5 years
- Experience in hospitality, specifically food and beverage industry
- Supervised at least 5 employees
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insurance
- Reliable means of communication and accessibility 24 7
- Proficient in computer skills including email, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Ensure food is kept within proper temperature guidelines
- Serve as the food safety manager and maintain HAACP program
- Adhere to recipes and maintain accurate taste profiles
- Manage inventory of prepared and non-prepared products
- Treat guests with dignity, respect, and professionalism
- Handle guest issues fairly and timely and provide team training and coaching
- Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits
- Recruit team members and conduct weekly interviews
- Create a positive environment for team growth
- Train, motivate, and empower team members
- Lead by example to provide proper guidance
- Develop and execute a business plan including financial planning, P and L management, budgeting
- Manage productivity, scheduling, and labor planning
- Plan local networking and marketing efforts
- Maintain positive and professional interactions with all stakeholders
