Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in retail or foodservice management preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • ability to maintain punctuality and excellent attendance
  • basic math proficiency
  • competency in operating computers or point-of-sale systems
  • ability to follow detailed instructions consistently

Job Duties

  • oversee all shift operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
  • set a positive example and enforce all company policies and procedures consistently
  • manage staffing schedules and paperwork
  • monitor food management and adherence to quality standards
  • maintain store cleanliness and perfect store image
  • lead marketing efforts to boost store profitability
  • ensure punctuality and attendance compliance
