Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in retail or foodservice management preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to maintain punctuality and excellent attendance
- basic math proficiency
- competency in operating computers or point-of-sale systems
- ability to follow detailed instructions consistently

- experience in stocking ingredients and managing deliveries

- inventory taking and completion of related administrative paperwork

- capability to enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen
Job Duties
- oversee all shift operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
- set a positive example and enforce all company policies and procedures consistently
- manage staffing schedules and paperwork
- monitor food management and adherence to quality standards
- maintain store cleanliness and perfect store image
- lead marketing efforts to boost store profitability
