Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior supervisory or management experience preferred
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures

  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • punctuality and strong attendance record
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • experience in food service or retail management
  • ability to operate all store equipment
  • skilled in inventory management and order processing
  • strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • proficiency in basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • ability to handle cash and make correct change
  • competent in using computer keyboards or touchscreens for order entry
  • leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of customer service best practices

Job Duties

  • manage all aspects of shift operations including cost controls and inventory control
  • maintain cash control procedures and accuracy
  • ensure exceptional customer relations and service standards
