Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old to apply
- prior general manager or assistant general manager experience preferred
- ability to perform physical demands including sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently
- availability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4 am
- commitment to work schedule from 6 am to 2 pm
- willingness to complete required training
- authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- hands-on leadership skills
- ability to motivate and inspire team
- experience with food cost and labor cost strategies
- ability to recruit and develop team members
- strong customer service skills
- understanding of profit and loss analysis is valuable
Job Duties
- oversee all store operations with a treat it like you own it philosophy
- ensure store readiness for audits
- manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- deliver exceptional customer experience
- cover various positions during breakfast and lunch rushes
- manage scheduling, ordering, and inventory
- complete daily deposit and closing tasks
