Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid driver's license reliable transportation current automobile insurance and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work evenings holidays and weekends as business dictates
- Physical ability to perform bending reaching stooping climbing repetitive motions standing and moving throughout the workday
- Ability to establish priorities work independently and handle stress in a high-volume enterprise
- Strong communication skills in English
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to read and write and communicate in English
- Experience in managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel and other software packages
- Ability to handle customer and employee issues effectively
- Experience with inventory management and operational procedures
- Knowledge of financial management including profit and loss statements
Job Duties
- Manages a staff of approximately 3 to 50 employees in excess of 80 hours of labor each week
- Assigns oversees and evaluates work
- Recommends promotion transfer or termination of employees based on performance
- Provides on-the-job training for new employees
- Delegates and is responsible for ordering receipt storage and issuing of all food labor equipment cleaning and paper supplies to ensure minimum loss from waste or theft
- Supervises preparation sales and service of food
- Forecasts food items to meet customer demand and avoid shortages
- Ensures every customer receives world-class customer service
- Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed
- Completes and oversees daily food preparation including opening procedures meat and vegetable slicing bread production
- Completes and oversees closing procedures
- Executes systems and procedures with 100 percent integrity and completeness
- Completes daily and weekly paperwork
- Responsible for 100 percent of the cash drawers at all times during the shift
- Receives and stores product
- Audits previous shift's systems and procedures for 100 percent integrity and completeness
- Completes preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies
- Performs other related duties as requested
- Supervises entire management team
- Identifies talent and develops team to management positions
- Administers performance reviews on management team
- Manages profit and loss statement and identifies issues to reach and exceed goals
- Actively promotes a positive productive work environment and removes threats to culture
- Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks
