Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • minimum 5 years management experience in grocery retail or mission-driven organizations
  • proven P&L management experience
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • passion for sustainability and food justice
  • excellent strategic planning and operational skills
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • accountability and ownership mindset
  • availability for flexible working hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading grocery retail or mission-driven operations with P&L responsibility
  • proven ability to meet financial targets while building high-performing, engaged teams
  • passion for food justice, sustainability, and cooperative economics
  • strategic thinking with operational execution skills
  • ownership mindset with accountability for results
  • comfortable partnering with a Board while operating autonomously
  • flexible availability for evening and weekend presence
  • experience in natural or organic retail or cooperatives
  • bilingual in English and Spanish
  • strong connections in food and wellness community
  • background in talent development and leadership pipeline building
