Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum 5 years management experience in grocery retail or mission-driven organizations
- proven P&L management experience
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- passion for sustainability and food justice
- excellent strategic planning and operational skills
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- accountability and ownership mindset
- availability for flexible working hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years leading grocery retail or mission-driven operations with P&L responsibility
- proven ability to meet financial targets while building high-performing, engaged teams
- passion for food justice, sustainability, and cooperative economics
- strategic thinking with operational execution skills
- ownership mindset with accountability for results
- comfortable partnering with a Board while operating autonomously
- flexible availability for evening and weekend presence
- experience in natural or organic retail or cooperatives
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- strong connections in food and wellness community
- background in talent development and leadership pipeline building
