Job Duties
- Lead manager of one location
- Manage a team consisting of two salaried Assistant Managers, 3+ hourly-paid Supervisors, and 25-45 Team Members
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and financial performance standards
- Participate in hiring and training Team Members
- Provide positive reinforcement and continuous evaluation of in-store talent
- Develop relationships with guests and local organizations through marketing
- Make quick, confident operational decisions
