- 3 - 4 years line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Restaurant or retail experience in customer service
- Ability to work flexible schedules including late nights
- Customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and travel as needed
- Reliability is a must

Job Duties
- Work with your team to create a restaurant of choice by providing the best food in a friendly and fast paced environment
- Properly controlling and monitoring your store's cash, inventory, and equipment
- Manager, empower, and assist your team in achieving organizational goals that support service excellence
- Set the standard of continuous improvement of quality, service and cleanliness
- Perform HR duties to maximize employee engagement and retention
- Interview and recommend candidates to achieve proper staffing levels
- Complete all required administrative duties
- Provide A+ training for every employee
- Ensure all food safety procedures are executed at a high level
