- recruit, train, and retain employees
- maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- conduct ongoing coaching and administer hourly compensation plans
- ensure food meets SOP specifications and is served timely
- manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- supervise operational condition of equipment and premises
- enforce sanitation and security measures
- implement national and local marketing promotions
- complete required reports and paperwork
