Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations and staff including execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives while following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a people excellence environment
- Inspire and motivate team members to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain Wendy's quality and brand standards
