Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, and physically demanding environment
- Ability to work 50 to 60 hours per week with occasional extended hours
- Ability to spend 90 percent of working time standing
- Use of sensory capabilities including vision, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, and speaking
- Physical capabilities such as walking, bending, kneeling, handling, hand flexibility, reaching, squatting, crawling, lifting, climbing, and stooping
- Ability to carry loads greater than 35 pounds and transport up to 70 pounds regularly
- Ability to communicate clearly in English or primary restaurant language
- Must have 20/20 vision with correction
- Must be able to hear with 100 percent accuracy with correction
- Reliable transportation for travel to other locations and meetings
