Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer literacy including email and word processing
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Ability to analyze and solve operational problems
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as kitchen cleaning when necessary
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or related roles
- Knowledge of food preparation and quality standards
- Ability to train and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and computer applications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage financial operations including cash handling and inventory control
- Experience in hiring, training, and evaluating staff
- Understanding of health, safety, and labor regulations
Job Duties
- Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of the restaurant of Mountain Mike's Pizza
- Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basis
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
- Ensure that all beverages and alcohol products are consistently stocked and accurately priced in the POS
- Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures
- Achieve company objectives in sales, labor cost, food cost, customer service, food quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment
