- Previous general manager experience preferred
- Background in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail desired
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with supervisors and leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and coach a team of Department Managers
- Hire and manage a team of 30-60 members including Department and Shift Managers
- Provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- Assist in staffing and scheduling to build an effective team
