Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years general management experience currently in the quick-service restaurant industry
MSc or MA in business or relevant field preferred
availability to work within opening hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
demonstrated success in financial management and people development
excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
exceptional written and verbal communication skills
entrepreneurial mindset, business development, and strategy implementation knowledge
strong leadership and decision-making skills
ability to sell, manage, and drive growth
excellent customer relationship management skills
able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
